Australia - One in every three young West Australians will struggle with some sort of mental health issue so it makes sense to provide accurate information and support to young people in their own sphere- the online world.

But it's not just young people seeking information for themselves.

Those who work with young people, including teachers, health workers and mentors, also need access to the most relevant information in a format that is easy to access.

That's why not-for-profit organisation the Inspire Foundation launched ReachOutProfessionals.com

Elle Smith is a Personal Development, Health, and Physical Education teacher who uses ReachOutPro.

"The online element makes it a lot easier for teachers. It's interactive and accessible. There are online tools, printable resources, even Smartphone apps. Even if they're not educated in mental health, the site provides ways for teachers to get students to embrace the ideas of positive mental health and wellbeing and to share that message with the community," she said.
