On the first day there is a general introduction to CBT with children and adolescents. On the three subsequent days, specific applications for use with children and adolescents, with parents, and for use in the classroom and small groups, are covered. Over the lunch break participants are expected to practice their skills in pairs. You are expected to record these practice sessions and play them back during the afternoon supervision, where participants will work in small groups of approximately 8 people with a trainer, focussing on skills development.
