ADD/ADHD in Adults: What You Need to Know To Manage

This event is open to adults living with ADD/ADHD or who suspect they may. This is a psycho-education workshop, as well as an opportunity to discuss with peers. Participants will develop an in-depth understanding of ADD/ADHD and its impact in adults. We will review therapeutic interventions and self-management approaches available for adults, including first strategies to enhance well-being and performance.

Facilitator: Annelaure Vuillermoz, psychotherapist and coach, has extensive experience in supporting adults with ADHD. She is a regular speaker at regional mental health conferences (APBAM 2015, Asian Congress on ADHD 2016).
