ADD/ADHD in Adults: What You Need to Know To Manage

This event is open to adults living with ADD/ADHD or who suspect they may. This is both a psychoeducation workshop and an opportunity to discuss with peers. Thanks to clinical facts and descriptions of lived experiences, participants will develop a clear understanding of ADD/ADHD and its impact. Together we will review therapeutic interventions and self-management approaches available for adults, including first strategies to enhance well-being and performance.

Facilitator: Annelaure Vuillermoz, psychotherapist and coach with extensive experience in supporting adults with ADHD, and a regular speaker at regional mental health conferences (APBAM 2015, Asian Congress on ADHD 2016).
