This event is a psychoeducation workshop and a peer group discussion: it is open to adults living with ADD/ADHD or who suspect they may. Thanks to clinical facts and descriptions of lived experiences, participants will develop a clear understanding and deeper awareness of ADD/ADHD. We will review therapeutic interventions and self-management approaches available for adults, including first strategies to enhance well-being and performance.
