This workshop looks at engaging our active imagination through the creative process and combination of image-making and words within a journal. This process aims to facilitate awareness, engagement and personal reflection. Visual journals can become a repository of our dynamic personal narratives – a great way to contain, organize and make sense of internal imagery and dialogue.
The workshop is facilitated by 2 qualified art therapists. Journals will be provided.
