Parenting with Mindfulness and Meditation

This non-religious workshop introduces you to mindfulness and its benefits to children. We provide you with some strategies to use with your children to help guide you through those stressful moments of the day. We share the wonders of both mindfulness and meditation, which have been scientifically proven to lower stress levels and increase emotional regulation, not only for you, but for your children as well.

Join us for this two-hour interactive session where you will learn to create a stronger connection with your child, enhance your child's self-esteem and instill an atmosphere of co-operation in the family.

About the Instructors
Zerlina has actively practised meditation for the last 20 years. She is passionate about soulful parenting and, as a mother of three, mindfulness has been integral to her journey of self-discovery and effectiveness as a parent. This workshop has been inspired by the wonderful benefits experienced after teaching meditation to her children. A former finance and management consultant, she is now in the helping profession as a life coach and mindfulness teacher.
