This One day conference is designed to deliver sustained and enhanced leadership effectiveness through the development and management of Emotional Intelligence to help participants acquire in-depth knowledge to use emotional intelligence in order to achieve leadership excellence as management prospective, social well-being and psychological behavioral science for practical knowledge, skills and interest that they need to ensure that they are a strong, emotionally intelligent leader.

5. Nurturing Values and Strengths in individuals and Society: Positive Psychology:
