Dr. Magee completed undergraduate study in music therapy at the University of Melbourne, Australia and graduate study at the Royal College of Music in London. Prior to joining the Temple faculty she served as music therapy clinician, researcher and manager at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability in London. Wendy held honorary research fellowships at King`s College London and the University of Sheffield, City University (London), and the University of Southampton. Her research interests are focused on developing an evidence base for music therapy practice for people with neurological conditions and advancing clinical application of new and emerging electronic music technologies in music therapy.
