Introduction to Art Therapy Workshop

Date: 1 Dec 2019

Singapore

There is so much more to art therapy than colouring books! Art therapy is not only a gentle way to reduce stress and enhance your creativity, but also an effective therapeutic intervention for a wide range of life challenges and mental health difficulties.

This event is open to people who are keen to explore the potential of art-making as a tool for personal growth, and to professionals willing to reflect and discuss how art therapy could be beneficial in their work setting.

You will learn how art therapy works, whom it may benefit, and where it is practiced in Singapore. This is an experiential session where you will have the opportunity to make art and reflect on your own creative process.

No good at art? Don’t fret! In art therapy, the focus is on learning to express yourself freely and use art in a personal way. No prior experience or skills in art making are required. This workshop is facilitated by Annelaure Vuillermoz, a credentialed art psychotherapist who will ensure a safe and supportive environment.
