Asian Interpretation of The 5 Love Languages

Published on March 13, 2020

Based on bestseller The Five Love Languages, I think Asians parents should do more of the below:

  1. Hug us more;
  2. Tell us how much they love us, how proud they are of us and in non-academic ways;
  3. Buy us unique presents that are just for us only (not a future handme down to our younger sibling(s) at some point);
  4. Take us out on solo dates without our siblings and without the subject going to our studies;
  5. Do less of what we don’t need them to do, and more things for themselves.

I do recommend this book. And I also recommend seeking personality coaching/ counseling so as to shorten the learning curve and begin communicating more effectively with your loved ones, especially your partner!
