Shadows of our memories

Published on April 20, 2017

We live in the word where we went through many good and bad experiences which may relate to our family, friends and some time with the people around us having no specific relationship with us. These experiences affect us in many ways, for example, some experiences hit hard on our hearts and few write down the stories in our preconscious and unconscious mind. The experiences stored in our preconscious and unconscious mind are denoted as memories.

Memories are the stored information which one can retrieve anytime laterally. The memories in some cases lead toward triggering anxiety and stress in many individuals. Anxiety is a state of uncertainty, fear, and avoidance which affects the overall functioning of the individual.

To deal with anxiety individual needs to get a view over the shadows of his or her memories and identify the problematic areas of the memories and get professional help to fade those shadows to enjoy a better quality of life.
